Lists and segments
List available audience segments, create segments, and use the chosen audience when preparing a campaign.
Templates
List, inspect, create, and update email templates, including structured content that remains editable in ZOLLO.
Campaigns
Create and update campaigns, select templates and audience segments, inspect recipient readiness, and request scheduling or sending.
Automations
List, create, update, and inspect automation workflows and runs, then enroll an audience only through an approval-gated action.
Human approval
Consequential actions such as scheduling, sending, pausing, or running workflows require explicit confirmation and current-state context.

Connect Claude
Open Claude's connector settings and add a custom connector using https://mcp.zollo.run/mcp. Sign in to ZOLLO, choose your organization, and review the requested permissions.
Connect ChatGPT
In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Security and login, and enable Developer mode. Go to ChatGPT Plugins, choose the plus button, and create a connection named ZOLLO using https://mcp.zollo.run/mcp. Complete ZOLLO authorization, review the tools, and select the connection from the tools menu in a new conversation.
Developer mode availability depends on your ChatGPT account and workspace policy.

Add the ZOLLO MCP endpoint
In a compatible MCP client, add https://mcp.zollo.run/mcp as a remote Model Context Protocol server.

Sign in
ZOLLO opens its authorization flow and reuses your existing account session when available.

Choose the organization
Select the workspace the assistant should access. Contacts, providers, campaigns, and permissions remain organization-scoped.

Review requested permissions
Approve only the scopes the assistant needs. Connected access can be revoked later from ZOLLO.
After connecting Claude or ChatGPT, start with a request such as “Show my campaign drafts” or “Create a template for my next product update.” Review the result and approve any consequential action before it runs.

ZOLLO validates the current organization membership and tool permissions on each request. Sending and scheduling workflows require explicit confirmation rather than relying on a previous conversational assumption.
