Connecting providers and AI assistants in ZOLLO.

Bring your own email and AI providers, verify your domain, authorize LinkedIn and X, and connect compatible AI assistants through MCP.

  1. 1

    Open Deliverability

Provider and domain connections live on the Deliverability page in your workspace sidebar.

  2. 2

    Connect an email provider

Choose Own SMTP, Resend, Amazon SES SMTP, Mailgun, Postmark, or SendGrid. For SMTP, use the guided presets for Google Workspace and Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, GoDaddy, or enter custom SMTP settings.

  3. 3

    Verify your sending domain

Add your domain and check its DNS records directly from the DNS record table to confirm SPF, DKIM, and other requirements are set up correctly.

  4. 4

    Connect an AI provider

Choose OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini, enter a provider name and API key, select an available model from the provider-specific dropdown, and set a default provider for the workspace.

  5. 5

    Connect LinkedIn and X

Open Social publishing and authorize each organization-scoped account. ZOLLO stores encrypted tokens and uses the connection only for posts users explicitly approve and schedule.

  6. 6

Connect Claude, Codex, or another MCP client

Add https://mcp.zollo.live/mcp as a remote MCP server, sign in to ZOLLO, choose an organization, and approve the requested tool permissions.

  7. 7

    Test and manage providers

Send a test email, change defaults, reconnect an expired social authorization, revoke an MCP connection, or remove a provider at any time.
