Creating and scheduling campaigns in ZOLLO.

Build manually or use Vibe Marketing to create a reviewed email, LinkedIn, and X package. Choose the audience, inspect readiness, and explicitly schedule only the approved work.

For lead capture, consent, follow-up approval, Stripe setup, and reporting, follow the complete campaign outcomes guide.

  1. 1

    Create manually or with AI

Build a manual email campaign, or choose Create with AI and describe the promotion, goal, audience, offer, call to action, brand tone, duration, channels, and optional product URL.

  2. 2

    Review the AI strategy

For AI campaigns, approve or edit the objective, recommended audience segment, message, pain points, value proposition, content schedule, and success metrics before generating content.

  3. 3

    Review every generated asset

Edit the email sequence, subject and preview variations, plain-text content, LinkedIn post, X post or thread, calls to action, and timing. Regenerate one section or restore an earlier asset version when needed.

  4. 4

    Choose a template

Use the template picker to browse your saved templates and select one for the campaign.

  5. 5

    Choose your audience

Send to all subscribed contacts, a specific list, or a dynamic segment. Optionally enable an A/B test with two subject line variants and a weight for each.

  6. 6

    Review before sending

Open the Review panel to see a Ready or Action required summary, matched, sendable, and suppressed recipient counts, and any blocking issues. Send a test email to your own inbox first.

  7. 7

    Connect social channels

Open Social publishing to connect the organization to LinkedIn and X, edit persistent social drafts, approve them, and choose individual dates or use the approved campaign package schedule.

  8. 8

    Send, schedule, pause, or archive

Use explicit action buttons to control email and social lifecycles. AI content, automation drafts, and experiment variations remain inactive until a user approves and schedules them.

  9. 9

    Capture leads as contacts

Publish the generated landing page and use its attributed links. Requests create or match contacts and retain the campaign and source. Responding to a request and subscribing to marketing are separate choices. Existing opt-outs are preserved.

  10. 10

    Approve automatic lead follow-up

In Analytics, choose Review lead follow-up. Review each approved campaign email and its delay, then explicitly approve and enable the sequence. Future leads who separately opt into marketing receive the reviewed template snapshots at the scheduled times. Suppressed and opted-out contacts are excluded. Pausing stops pending messages; re-enabling applies to future leads and does not resume old sequences.

  11. 11

    Connect paid checkouts

Connect Stripe in Analytics and select a dedicated active Payment Link for the campaign. Use the generated campaign checkout links in your reviewed emails, social posts, and landing page. Paid checkout events record sales automatically; test payments are excluded from live totals.

  12. 12

    Measure and improve

Refresh Campaign outcomes to see email clicks, captured leads, follow-up emails, identified customers, sales, and gross checkout value. Values stay separate by currency. AI performance analysis uses aggregate leads and sales alongside email engagement. Recommendations remain subject to approval. Analysis requires 100 delivered emails, 10 captured leads, or 5 recorded sales.

What sales reporting includes

The Stripe connector records paid checkouts from the campaign's selected Payment Link, including the initial paid checkout for a subscription. It does not import later renewals, refunds, or purchases outside those links. Recorded value is gross checkout value. A connection awaiting its first signed event is shown as unverified, rather than evidence of zero sales. Identified customers are distinct checkout email addresses; anonymous purchases can increase sales without increasing that count.

Other authorized integrations can still send a sale to POST /api/analytics/plans/PLAN_ID/sales with externalEventId, valueMinor (for example, 2599 for $25.99), currency, and an optional source and email. Use a stable order ID so retries count once. The API key needs the campaigns:write scope. Clicks, leads, and sales may describe different people; their ratio is not a verified customer conversion rate.
